Urbanity Campus Tachov is the first project in the Czech Republic that received the prestigious BREEAM Communities award for sustainable urban areas and neighbourhoods. Globally, it is the only site with a predominantly manufacturing function that has been able to obtain this certification. This suburban brownfield has been gradually redeveloped by Urbanity over the past few years while still operating smoothly. The history of this Campus dates back to 1967.
