About the campus
Urbanity Campus Tachov is a modern industrial complex built on the site of a former brownfield with a rich manufacturing tradition, high-quality facilities, and benefits for the entire region. The campus consists of six industrial buildings, two multifunctional facilites, hotel and eight residential villas with rental apartments and a kindergarten. Urbanity Campus Tachov has received a number of prestigious awards for the quality of its construction, energy solutions, and high sustainability standards. The campus has been awarded the prestigious BREEAM Communities certification for sustainable urban areas and public spaces. This makes it the first district of its kind in the Czech Republic.
