Urbanity has achieved another major success among the international professional community. At the gala ceremony of the 10th edition of the prestigious HOF AWARDS 2026, CEO Roland Hofman accepted the award for Urbanity Campus Bruntál’s victory in the category “Best of the Best Warehouse Buildup in-Development of the Year”. Roland Hofman also received the individual award “Best of the Best Property Leadership of the Year”.

The HOF Awards (Hall of Fame: Best of the Best) rank among the most respected international accolades in development, architecture and real estate. Each year, an expert jury recognises the best projects, companies and personalities in the Central and Eastern European real estate market that achieved the highest national honours in the previous year’s CIJ Awards.

The award for Urbanity Campus Bruntál marks the project’s first international success and confirms that responsible, well-conceived development based on high-quality architecture, innovation and sustainability can stand up to strong international competition. In previous years, Urbanity Campus Tachov also received international recognition at the HOF Awards.
