In June, the Czech Green Building Council published a practical handbook, which we at Urbanity worked on for several months. It offers clear instructions on how to transform unused sites into functional, sustainable, and economically viable places.

At Urbanity, we work on brownfield revitalization every day. It is the basis of our approach to industrial development—without unnecessary burden on green spaces and with respect for the place and community. 
 
We are actively involved in creating standards and procedures that move the construction industry towards greater sustainability, and as a proud member of the Czech Green Building Council, we contribute to changes that help sustainable development in practice.
