Urbanity Campus Tachov won two major awards for industrial sites at the 10th anniversary edition of the prestigious HOF Awards 2025 organized by CIJ Europe. The event took place on May 13, 2025, at the Radisson Blu Hotel in Bucharest. Urbanity took home the Best of the Best Warehouse Development and Best of the Best Warehouse Buildup in Development awards. 

The Tachov Campus, which is Urbanity's flagship project, combines modern industrial construction with an emphasis on sustainability, architecture, and a positive impact on the local community. 

"The HOF Awards are confirmation for us that it makes sense to do things differently – sustainably, according to ESG principles, with an emphasis on architectural quality and in close cooperation with local government and the community. We are proud that Urbanity Campus Tachov has repeatedly received recognition at the national and international level, and we are already looking forward to taking the whole concept further – both directly at the site in Tachov, which continues to grow and where we are developing civic amenities and other infrastructure, and at our new campus, which we are building in Bruntál in the Moravian-Silesian Region. We want to show once again that industrial development can be beneficial for the entire region," said Roland Hofman, CEO of Urbanity. 

The HOF Awards (Hall of Fame Awards) are the culmination of the CIJ Awards series of national awards and each year select the best of the best across five key markets in Central and Eastern Europe – the Czech Republic, Poland, Hungary, Slovakia, and Romania. The winners are decided by a combination of votes from a panel of experts made up of real estate market leaders and the CIJ Europe readership. This year, more than 100 projects and companies that had already won their national competitions in previous months made it to the finals.
